Return Process

  Log into your iPlanet account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the device in its original box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and protective inserts are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship to iPlanet

  Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided during the initiation process and drop off the package at any authorized courier location.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition and serial number, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
